People are coming together, supporting each other, caring for others. It is contagious and inspiring. I feel a connection to my country, my fellow Americans, in a way I never have. There is a movement of Americans banding together to show others in our country and around the world that we do not have to be a country that fights against equality and even peace. I am proud to be voting in this election, and I feel strong positivity and support for "my" candidate.
Bernie is real. He has been fighting for the same changes for years. He cares. I do not believe we will see another candidate like Bernie in my lifetime. By not taking money from Wall Street or Super PACs to fund his campaign, he will enter the oval office with a clear agenda. No obligations to corporations. No deals set up behind closed doors. I cannot wait to see what he will accomplish without those connections bogging him down. His heart is so open. He sees people as people. I actually do believe that Bernie does care about every person, and I am beyond thankful and proud to have someone with Bernie's qualities (and voting record) striving to be our president.
