Yes. It has offered an interesting viewpoint concerning politics and the modern era. The youngest generation is so desperate for change that they're willing to get behind what are obviously scrupulous characters. The politicians are so desperate to garner votes and just appeal to the public that they'll pay more attention to how they appear and what's PC, rather than actually address any of the real issues and present realistic solutions to these issues. The media is so quick to judge and present only the negative that they almost seem to ignore the good parts of a candidate's policy.
Mrs. Clinton is first and foremost a proven liar. I find it ridiculous that many young voters support her mostly just because she's a woman. She has flip-flopped many of her earlier stances and seems to come off as just trying to tell the public what they want to hear. Mr. Trump is a radical man who lacks tact and has a very harsh demeanor. Mr. Sanders has many great ideas concerning the rebuilding of a middle-class, which is indeed disappearing, but his ideas also border on the lines of socialism which was part of the reason of the collapse of the Soviet Union. Why, if it didn't work then, is it going to work now? Mr. Cruz seems to be very vague and almost a middle-of-the-road guy, basically proposing to just keep doing what we're doing and hope that it fixes itself. Albert Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect different results.
