Has the 2016 election changed your view of America? Why or why not?
Yes. Watching so many Republican voters declaring their support for Trump has destroyed my faith in the fundamental principles of the Republican party. Authoritarianism is the dominant political philosophy now, left-wing and right-wing; and, apparently, integrity is worthless in politics.
Which candidate, if any, are you supporting?
Cruz is the last best chance in the current election. In succession, I have supported Rand Paul, then Marco Rubio; at the moment, my support for Cruz is based on my rejection of Trump.
